The dinner will be a showcase of local and celebrity chefs. African influences on coastal culinary from the Gullah Geechee corridor, to Louisiana Cajun/Creole and Floribbean cuisine will be sampled at tasting stations – along with unlimited spirits, beer and wine tastings.
